Visiting a coffee farm was an incredible experience where I had the opportunity to explore every aspect of coffee production. The journey began with a warm welcome and a guided tour through the lush coffee fields, where I learned about the different coffee varieties and the meticulous cultivation practices that ensure the best quality beans.

I then had the chance to witness the intricate process of harvesting coffee cherries by hand. It was fascinating to see how skilled workers selectively picked the ripe cherries, leaving behind the unripe ones for future harvests. The cherries were then transported to the processing facility, where they underwent a thorough washing and pulping process to extract the beans. This part of the tour allowed me to understand the critical role that water plays in coffee production.
